which day better for early 2FP?

u have to try the luck

If you see a lady at the security desk, you can turn back by the time u see her. I don't think it depends on the date, it depends on the mood of the security person.

I think you should go at around 9 AM on Saturday.. they open at 8 and there is usually no one (at least from when we went - we didnt go early, but went on our date, but it was very empty). We went at 9AM on saturday morning and were out of there by 9:15!!
Everyone was surprisingly efficient and friendly by INS standards!

Just read at ins site that Sarurdays are closed..

yes as of when we went (last month for FP2), it is open saturdays. Our scheduled appt was at 9AM on a saturday morning and we saw that it opens at 8AM on saturday.
if you live close by just go & see. If you live far away, please call and double check.

I tried early FP at Newark and was turned back. They said you can not come before the appointment because of the overcrowding. You can come on or after appointment date! I think make your best judgement for this one!
