My I-485 is pending with Vermont center. Was filed concurrently on Jan-05. I-140 is approved and waiting for I-485. Question is: which date should I follow because I am confused between vermont center date and Maine center date. My labor is from Maine state but 485 is pending with Vermont. How long would be my wait?
