Which date BCIS will count for my case?

I submitted my I-140 application on 05/2003 or 06/2003 but my employer refuse to submit my I-485 at the same time for me. Later after many talks/fights with my employer, my I-485 was submitted at 11/2003. This year April or May my I-140 approved and my 1st FP was done last month.

Although I think my case is still concurrent filling but I don't know how BCIS will process it. I frankly hope they can process my case based on my I-140 RD instead of I-1485 RD because recently some April cases are approved.

Would you please let me know if it is only a dream for me to hope they process based on I-140 processing time?

Mine is a similar case

My 140 was applied in Aug 2003.
485 was applied in Feb 2004.
Then my 140 got approved in Apr 2004.
I haven't recieved FP notice yet.

I have no idea whether mine is a concurrent case or semi-concurrent or non concurrent case.
