Which Consulate in Canada? Pl Help

All,

I am in NJ. Which of the consulates would you suggest in Canada for visa stamping. I needed your advice cause I am worried if it gets into problem I may not be able to re enter

Recently I have heard that calgary and ottawa have rejected few H1. I know it thru some friends and the reason being gaps in paystubs and w2 , if the company is pure bodyshopping and in some cases unable to evaluate documentation , asked to get stamp from home country.

I have all the w2s. Do you need to take all the pay stubs or only for previous few months.
could you pl explain - unable to evaluate documentation

only six months is required but it is better to carry as much as you can along with all W2's and bank statements.
Have confidence in your self and proceed with the name of GOD.

If they reject H1, then can the person re-enter USA or need to travel his home country. Can you please shed light on this.

if u apply and get a rejection then it really depends on what kind of rejection it is and based on that the consular officer will cancel or will not cancel ur expired visa in passport. if officer cancels I beleive u cannot re-enter until that visa is approved. But if its not cancelled then u need to ask the consular officer if u can re-enter with expired visa.

I have seen some posts related to a rejection here. Please browse thru as I cannot remember where.
