Which consulate for consular processing interview?

My family-based I 130 has been approved and thecase number indicates consular processing at Montreal, as I was living in canada when the applicant was submitted. I am now living in Korea, working on contract. Can I have my interview in Korea or do I have to go back to Canada for the interview?
