which center is faster calif. or texas?

Hello everybody..

Anybody here have any idea which center among California and Texas is faster with GC processing ??. One of my friends has the option to choose the center he can apply and is at a loss...

Are you kidding?

TSC is THE slowest service center. The keyword "slowest" does not do justice. This is a SC which is not responsible/accountable. They simply dont care.

If you look at the processing times, TSC is almost exactly one year behind CSC. CSC is around 11/01, while TSC is at 11/00.
CSC also seems to be moving again, while we have no real idea when another case might be approved from TSC, the Too Slow Center.
