Which center handles plastic card in my case?

My I-485 filed in VSC and I got PP stamped in Tucson, AZ, which is under CSC. I wonder which center is going to process the plastic card. Any comment is appreciated. Thanks!

VSC would be processing your plastic. But your processing might be delayed if the Tucson INS office sends your application to CSC instead of VSC.

How can I check which center is processing the case? Looks like VSC never updates the AVM. As my case was approved and stamped, but the VSC AVM still read ".... REF was received on May 16, 2001...". May be just wait for 8 month before checking local INS or VSC?
