I need your help as to which category I should apply for my Permanent Residency.
I have the following qualification:
1) Ph.D. (U.S.A.); M.S. (U.S.A); M.SC. (IIT, India)
2) Work for the government; responsible for numerical modeling of water supply problems and coordinates the program.
3) Have worked for U.S. Department of Energy projects. The Ph.D. work was funded by U.S. Department of Energy.
4) 5 published peer-reviewed journals; 10 abstracts in international conferences; 2 manuscripts in review; 1 technical report; 1 funded proposal; 3 proposal is outstanding.
5) Two award in U.S.A. ; Stood first in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering in India with 99.76 percentile
5) Technical member in the federally funded and State of Florida, Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Project ($8 billion).
