There are so many immigration related bills are currently pending in the 109th congress, as per numbersusa. Please see the link below.
Except bills S.1033/H.R2330, no other bills solve the retrogression in EB immigration for high tech workers. Are they going to table all the bills and consolidate as a single bill for both house and senate? Now, which bill is most likly to emerge as consolidated final bill? Any one has idea?
