I am a Canadian citizen who is presently living in Canada. I have an American Wife(born in USA) and a son(19 also born in the USA) from a different mother.
I had a felony marijuana conviction 15 years ago(probation) in California. Last April I was coming back from a winter in Mexico and driving with my wife to MPLS and was denied entry to the USA. They had a record of conviction at border through the new computer system. Now I am wondering how to go about getting either a temporary visa or a green card in order to visit the US. If anybody has any ideas on this or knows lawyers who might specialize in this I would be most greatfull.
