Should I mail it to Chicago lock box?

This is what is stated in the application form.

"Submit your application.
You should submit this form and any related evidence to theUSCIS office that approved the original petition orapplication. This could be either a USCIS Service Center orlocal USCIS office."

We had filed the application to Nebraska Service Center.
