Whether to go for Advanced Parol or NOT !

Hi All,

I got my labor approved and will be filing for 140/485 this week. I have filed for 7 th year extension and my wife is planning to visit India with AP.

I am confused whether to go for AP or not. I was told that green card processing will be delayed if I get my advanced parol and use it. Is this true ? If so, how much time extra is it going to take ? Please advise.

Can I go to local office and get the AP anytime or should I send an application to INS office.. ?

Apply AP; it is only $100 and

You will not have problems to travel if H1 extension is delayed.

Guntur, Please apply in local INS for AP. otherwise it takes longer time if you send it to vermont.
