Looking at massive demonstrations of illegal immigrants, whether it will help to expedite McCaine/Kenndy or any other bills to revise VISA# for legal immigrants? Especially, filers from Retrogresed countries having EB3?

Considering three factors - USCIS "pre-adjudication" process, Bio code 1 notices & RFE's to several I485 guys (whose PD is not current) is that shows any "positive" indication to Legal immigrants?

Yes..I am taking it as positive & proactive measure to expedite backlog

malia, I think its a positive & proactive measure to expedite backlog by USCIS. Probably to meet "election" promises to specific "vote bank" will give some advantage to legal immigrants.

Think positive what else?
