Hi! Im frm the Phils. and new 2 ds forum..
my scenario was lyk this, im supposed to get married this January 2008. my fiance resides in Ketchikan, Alaska. we've been together for almost 3 yrs now.

I have some questions to ask..

1. Is it ok to apply now or yet process the documents?
2. what documents & forms should I prepare? where to submit?
3. Can you give me an idea wat is the time frame of the whole processing of the visa?

Anyone can share their thoughts and experiences.:)
 
LUD on Revoked I-140 ( revoked in 2006)

Today I Checked online Case Status and found that my old Revoked I 140 (Revoked in 2006) and had a LUD on it, and old I 131 (2005) had a LUD. (My old I 485 was cancelled in 2006)

Recently I filled my new I-485 in July 2007. Will there be any effect of old Revoked I 140 on this new I 485 ?
