Where will be 485 filed?. Same INS Center where 140 is filed or to within the Service center of the

Not at local INS

Do not file at the local INS and waste your time (if it\'s an employment based GC application). My attorney filed my I-485 at the local INS by mistake. Later had to get it back and resend it to TSC, where my I-140 was approved.

Could you please write more about the problems you faced when you apply it to the local center. We applied our 485 in local service center. Our 140 was approved in VSC. I appreciate your reply
 
Regarding filing of I-485 in local service center

Can anybody reply on this. Even my attorney filed AOS from local service center(VSC) and my I-140 was approved from CSC. Please explain!!!!
