Where to submit my I-485? (I-140 Approval notice said TSC)

Hi, Gurus,
My I-140 just got approved ( EB-1a), and my I-140 is processed by TSC. In that approval notice, it says I need to send my I-485 to this Service Center (TSC).
However, I remembered that all employment-based I-485 should send to NSC. Therefore, I went to infopass, and the officer there also told me I should send to TSC.
So any one has the similar experience and which center should I send?

My I-140 was sent to Nebraska as stated on the instructions form. Nebraska assigned it to TSC, so it was approved by TSC. I sent my I-485 to Nebraska as required by USCIS, Nebraska reassigned to TSC.

If I were you I would send it to Nebraska and let them transfer it to TSC.

I was born in China and 5 years ago I immigranted to Canada and got my Canadain citizenship , then I got a offer in USA to work here. Now I am doing CP for my GC. Should I do my CP in Toronto or Beijing. Thank you for help
 
where did the approval notice say to send 485 to TSC?

Could you please post the sentence in your 140 approval notice which instructs you to file 485 to TSC? I do not see any such sentence in my approval notice. Thank you.
