We married abroad (Mid-East), his immigration visa application is being processed there,we (family, etc) were all interviewed already, 'final' interview late May.
If, (big "IF") he gets a visa, we have no idea what immigration requires from us once he arrives in US.
Can anyone please direct me to a site that plainly or clearly explains what we must do if he is permitted to enter?
Can one handle immigration matters alone or under current circumstances, particularly for Mid East immigrants, is a lawyer always necessary?
