Where to Start??

Hi,
I would like to start my GC process (EB1-EA or EB2-NIW) on my own, and would appreciate any help on how to go about doing it.
I want to first find out the application forms and fill it out. But i could not find the forms anywhere. Although i did find a place where they sell it.

I was confused. Is that common? to even pay for an application? Anyway, just wanted to post here to see if that is the right place to get the forms (It is not about the money for the application that I am concerned).

Or is the process done online?

I would really appreciate any help on this.

Hi sulpha,

I have been under the same confusion on how to start and also bought a self-help kit. However, I strongly suggest contacting a good lawyer. From my own experience and that of several other friends, a good lawyer knows best how to represent your case and can really increase the chances of getting an approval. I strongly feel that a green card application is the last place to try saving some money as a good lawyer can make a world of difference. I had excellent experience with Ramasamy Krishnan, an immigration lawyer in Texas and you could search others as well.
