Where to send i485 and i130 if i live in California

I looked at form i485, and it's not very clearly stated whether I should send the forms to Chicago or the local service center.

I'm currently on H1b and just got married to USC. Do I also need to file for EAD card?

You need to send it to Chicago.

You don't have to apply for the EAD unless you want to.

Hi:

No offense intended, but it is actually very clearly stated on the forms. I suspect you did not take the time to read the form carefully. If you are truly having trouble with this, have you considered having an attorney check your applications? Best wishes.
