No Approval as VSC
I heard something related to this point. The new AP will be machine readable unlike how it is now a days, a photo pasted on a INS letter head. This new system has been installed so far in NSC only and still under testing.
Looks like all the AP application from all centers are gogin to be routed to NSC but again, it is just my calculated guess, It also sort of explains why there are not many AP approval lately at any service center.
Implementation of a new system is causing new delays in AP.
persanlly, If it is true, I think it is just another stupid move by INS. Holding all the AP application for a system which hasn't yet tested and in production could cause infinite delays for APs.
My attorneys is expecting my AP approval some time in June'04, my ND is 10/31/03.
INS is indeed out of control,.
I hope that everybody's bureaucratic nightmare will resolved one day.
