Hi, I'm new here.
My British fiancee has chosen the U.S. to be her residence when we marry. However, I have promised her a wedding in her country (England). If I were to file a K-1 fiance visa, and assuming it is approved, could we marry abroad? Or, does the conditions of a K-1 fiance visa demand we marry in the U.S.?
If I applied for a marriage visa, is there a way she could stay in this country until it is approved? If so, what other temporary visas would be needed? I just want to get her here so that she may be with me. Thank you.
