I have applied for EAD renewal in March. At that time I was in Northern California-bay-area. Now I am on a contract in Southern Cal. But I still retain the Northern Calif address since I intend to go back there after the contract period. Now where can I get the renewal? Can I get it in So. Cal? Or do I need to go back to bay-area? Any ideas.
