Hi, My AP and EAD are expiring at the end of November. My I 485 RD is 09/20/2001. I'm planning to renew my AP and EAD. But my lawyer want charge me $200 for the renewal, so i would like to mail it by myself. I filled the application form, but don't know where to send. I live in NJ. Anybody filed the renewal, please help me out here. Thank u very much.
Also, on the PART 7 of AP application, it requires me attach a separate sheet to explain the reason, can anybody show me a sample so that I can know the format? Or u can send me an email to autumn_river_2002@yahoo.com. I really appreciate it.
I'm going back to my hometown at the end of this month and will be back during the beginning of November, I will use my old AP to come back. By applying my new one, will it avoid my old one or affect me to come back in any aspect?
