Where to file if File transferred to local office?

Guys,
Where do we need to file for RENEWAL for EAD after the application is transferred to local office and after the interview is over/complete and just waiting for card.

I had done at Chicago Lock Box office a couple of times, and have received the same. But I dont know if the procedure has changed in the recent times.

Any suggestions.

I went to local office and they told me to file Chicago office.

We in this situation filed to VSC (where I-485 was initially filed), VSC transferred to local office and we got EADs from local office, took more than 90 days.
