I am currently H1B holder, my H1B visa will expire in
Feb 2005. I filed I130/I485 package(through marriage) back in Octorber
2003 except I-765(EAD)(naivedly thought I could get approved by 2005).
With the MSC is still processing I130 dated back Nov, 2001, I am
running the risk of not being able to continue to work by the time my H1B visa
expires.
My questions are:
1. Should I e-file I-765(EAD) or file with the mail? If I e-file, what about those supporting evidences? I only have NOA.
2. If I file with the form, where should I file- MSC or the local
office which is Charlotte, NC? Processing date in Charlotte is way ahead of MSC, but since all my applications were transfered to MSC, will I-756 also be transferred there?
3. If 90 days passed and I haven't receive the EAD, I assume I can walk in local office to get a interim one? How long is the interim?
