Where to File I-485/I-130 application?

Hello everyone,
I live in Northen California and I am not sure where I should be sending my I-485, I-130 , I765 and I-131 application to.
Is it :
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
P.O. Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120
?
Or would I have to send it to California USCIS ?
