Does anyone know where to file a I-485 if the person is a T-1 (Victim of Trafficking)? I have a friend who has sent her I-485 to Chicago and had it sent back with a note saying they did not handle those cases, but no indication on the correct address to send it to. We called USCIS and the officer we spoke to had no clue, and told us to make an InfoPass appointment to find out!
Any help you could give me on this would be greatly appreciated. My friend is desperate and her 90 day windo to file is running out.
