WHERE to File for mother-in-law GC applications

Hi Guys,

My wife just became a Citizen and ready to file for the GC for her mother. Can anyone please tell me where to file for the I-130, I-485 and I-131 applications. We live in Arlington, VA (Washington D.C office) Do we need to file at Arlington VA Local District office OR at the INS Vermont office.

it goes to the Local district office (not sure if its arlington or DC for you). (the I130 / I485 / and other supporting paperwork)
