Where to file EAD?

I am about to file 3rd. EAD based on I-485 (filed 2/2001 in TSC). Currently I live in California and the 485 is pending in TSC. My first EAD was filed with 485 application to TSC. My 2nd EAD was filed with Boston local INS before I moved to CA in 12/2001. Where should I file this 3rd. EAD application? TSC or CSC (because I live in CA now)?
