Today I got email from USCIS indicated that my case was transferred to Philly local office. I need to apply EAD now, so where should I file documents to? If I send application to Vermont center, probably they will transfer my document to Philly local office, it takes time (My current EAD will expire on March of 2005). If I file to Philly local office, I am not sure whether they already received my transferred I-485 case from Vermont. Thanks for you input.
