Where to file Change of Address??

Hi, I just recently moved into Georgia. I have been granted asylum and am in the process of applying for my GC. I need to file a change of address as I just moved here.

My question is do I file it with the Nebraska Service Center (where I have read that all matters dealing with asylees should go) or should I file it with the Atlanta field office, which is the service center having jurisdiction over where I am based now?

All suggestions, advice and answers from anyone knowledgeable in this area would be welcome, and thank you for your responses.

Here is a link from the INS that tells you how to do that: http://uscis.gov/graphics/howdoi/address.htm
you basically fill a form AR 11 http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/ar-11.htm and send it to
USCIS
Change of Address
P.O. Box 7134
London, KY 40742-7134
