I know it says on the guide to send it to the Service center in VT, TX etc. but just confirming.. These people keep changing but do not update the guide.
Case in point being the photo requirement. It still says the side photo but on the website now it says passport photo

As to whether the location I sent mine is correct or not, is yet to be determined by when I get the receipt. The guide gave one set of addresses. But in my case, the Vermont Centers web page provided anotehr address. I sent my N-400 to the latter.
