Where to file AP??? Please advise...

Guys,
My 485 pending at CSC for almost two years. I moved to NSC area recently and I updated address with CSC.
I need to file my 3rd AP. Which center should I file to?
NSC(living in Minnesota) or CSC(485 processing center)?

In my opninon you should file it where you initially filed your 485 application. So CSC.

Unless you got a letter saying that your case is moved to NSC, you should file in CSC.
