Where to file Advance Parole?

I live in New Jersey and my 485 is pending in nebraska center. I saw a notification that Advance Parole and EAD to be sent to Chicago Lock box? But it is for only Family based adjustment of status cases or for everyone?

I have sent the application for AP to chicago lockbox address on Feb26th and till now my check (for the fees) is not cleared . Did i send to a wrong address? Please let me know

Since you submitted to Chicago, your case may take longer as file will be transfered to above address.
