Where to file 485?

Hello -

My 140 got approved at Texas in Jun 2006. Originally I filed my 140 at vermont and it got transferred to TSC in Jan 2006.

Now, should I file my 485 at TSC or NSC? I read somewhere that all 485 applications should be filed at NSC.
