Key is that you keep the support from the state department of health. Some of them want HPSA, others are fine with MUA or MUP.

in the census.gov site, when i find a census tract where do i enter that at hrsa site. for hpsa designation there is only a place to enter county and state. Should i enter the census tract and other info at the same space where county can be entered. and in the result where it says that a place is designated would that mean its hpsa or mua.
