where to concurent file I-130 and I-485 in NC

I am sponsoring my parents for greencard. They are currently in US with
visitor visa. I'd like to file I-130 and I-485 concurently.

But I'm not able to find the address to send both forms to. I live in Raleigh, North Carolina. Does anybody know where I shold send the forms to?

From my understanding, if I file I485 only, forms need to be sent to Chicago.
For I130 only forms need to be sent to Texas. But How about concurently.
For form instruction said to go to local INS office.

Any help is highly appreciated!

Send it to the Chicago Lockbox. The address is on the first page of the I-485 package.
