Where to apply !

First of, I am sorry for all these threads I am starting but I got so many questions and I don't want to do anything wrong on my application or anything that has to do with my N-400.
I live in Kansas and when I just searched where I have to send my N-400 to one site told me to Nebraska and the other which is the actual INS Site said Kansas City, MO.
The one in KC is the District Office, the Nebraska One is the Service Center. There is also a Sub Office .. which is in Wichita, KS.

So where do I send my application to ?
 
So if I send it to the Service Center which is located in Nebraska does that mean that I also will have my Interview and have to get my Fingerprinting done there ?
 
Fingerprints are usually done at an ASO (Application Support Office).

Interviews are done at the DO (District Office).

The NOA (Notice of Action) will tell you where to go for each part of the process.

Lincoln, NE 68501-7400

And for your Fingerprints, they will choose something close to you “from your zip code"
