Where to apply for US passport besides the Post Office and the Oath Ceremony place?

You are very proactive man. You are working up your Mandamus case for Oath and getting your passport application ready at the same time!
 
At the county courthouse

In our county, the county courthouse has a passport office. There was no wait at all.

Somewhere on the state dept website, there is a list of locations that accept passport applicaions.

:) :) It keeps me motivated to have a positive attitude and act like I've already won my case, which I know I will win. :D It's just a question of time and I will be a USC like all of you. :D
