Where to Apply for I131 (AP)

I am Planning to apply for AP renewal .
Since there's a new Directive on address for filing i131 , which category does it affect ?
I have filed for my 485 in TSC (live in Georgia ) under Eb3 .

So do i have to send it to chicago still or TSC in texas ?

please advice
