My husband and I are Canadian citizens living in the US and now getting ready to file I-485. Unfortunately, we've just realized that he's been out of status for almost a year (his TN expired in July 2006). Will he be able to apply for H4 (I'm currently on H1B)? Where should he apply for it? US consulate in Canada or border post?
