Where to Apply for EAD

My 485 case got transfered to local office (Cleveland) for further processing. My EAD is valid till June 05 and I don't want to take any chance with INS. I want to apply for EAD by end of Jan 05 but I am not clear where to submit my application. Will it be

1. Vermont Service Center
2. Local Office (Cleveland)
3. Chicago.

Please advise.
