I have one question. My employer was based in CA and I was also in CA when labor and then 140 was filed. While 140 was still pending I moved to east coast (in VSC jurisdiction) due to project change. In may 2003 485/EAD/AP was filed at CSC by my lawyer even though I was still in east coast. Got my first EAD and AP at my home address.
Now I am planning to e-file for EAD renewal. Should I mail the documents at CSC OR VSC?
