I have these questions about filing as the form instructions are not clear.
My details are as follows.
EB2 baded 485 and 140 concurrent filing ND is Oct 03, 2005 . My cases were originally filed at CSC. However, they were moved to TSC in Mar 2006. I came to know that my case if FBI name check. So, now I am thinking of applying for EAD and AP as I have to travel out of the country.
So, can you gurus tell me where I can file my EAD and AP? I am asking this question, because there were some change of addresses to file in April 2006 and I am not clear about the changes.
