Where to apply for AP after Xer to local office

My case is transferred to local office (Federal Plaza NY). Can somebody tell me where should I apply for AP and who I should make checks payable to.

Appreciate your help.

Local office -- by mail, electronically, or in-person (if they accept walk-ins).
All checks or money orders should be made payable to US CIS
 
Confirm where to file --in December only.

Hi all,
The lawyer just informed us of a change in the filing process: They have recently issued a new requirement/request to file AP & EAD renewals directly at the Chicago processing center (where, apparently local offices have already been forwarding the applications for some time) -starting Jan05.
But "for the month of December only", we could/should file with the local offices and they would process as before, forwarding to Chicago.

Any further information or advice on this?
