Where should I send RIE to?

Dear All,

I am wondering where should I send my RIE( Request for initial evidence )to? I got my BIO and RIE at the same time early Aug 05( Did my BIO/FP already), now I just finished I-693/supplemental to I693 and G325A. I don’t know where to submit these docs. I checked some of the old archives in this forum, people said I need send the docs to the address in the yellow paper that USCIS sent to me. ( USCIS, PO BOX 82521 Lincon, Ne 68501-2521). But there was one person said he sent his form to the I-485 Po Box which is 87485).
I don’t want make any mistake here, Could any one who received GC or has his/her LUD changed after submited RIE tell me what is the correct address I should send RIE to? Should I include the yellow paper they sent to me in the same mail? Thank you very much!!!

Hi,

I just recently submitted my RFI and the address I used was the one on the yellow paper (upper right corner). I think that was the right one. One thing I like to point out, though, was to make sure you used over-night mail if you want it to get there fast. I used the regular first-class and it took more than ten days to see my LUD (8/27 sent, 9/09 rec'ved).

1) The correct address is at upper right corner of your yellow notice.
2) abusolutely need to include the yellow notice with your I693, 693A and G325A.
3) Use overnight or prior mail with certifield mail receipt, then you will be able to trace your package online. (ease your nerve!!)

As my experience, both addresses are OK. The key is to send your RFI by over-night mail.
