where should I file? please help !!!

Hi everyone...

I am about to file for a marriage based Adjustment of Status but I am very confused on where to send it. I just found out on my local office homepage in Philadelphia that they're sending every application to the new National Benefit Center in Missouri. I heard it takes them a long time to process Petitions for Alien Relatives. Does anyone have experience with the National Benefit Center? Or can I just send my forms to the Vermont Service Center, which is supposed to process faster?
I hope someone can help me, I am kind of desperate right now...

If your case is through Marriage, you have to file at the local office where you are residing, if in PHILLY, then you have to file it there. All Family based cases are being transferred to the MSC, but, that is only through the local office. Please double check this with a lawyer, just to be safe.
