Where should I file I-485

Hi Gurus,

I have LC from California Service Center, and I have approved I 140 from Texas Service Center from the same LC. Now my question is where should I file I485, CSC or TSC, so that I dont' have any issues like rejection etc.,

My office Head Quarters is at Texas but I work in California Office.

I will have to file my 485 by tomorrow, so fast response is greatly appreciated.

Not in texas

When you have the opportunity to file outside texas. Use it. File it in California. 485 is really faster there. Texas really sucks.

Since you now live in California, you have to send your application to California Service Center not Texas Service Center. Taxas the slowest center because they cover lots of major states in the south.
