Where should I check my processing dates? NBC or DO?

I filed my I-485/130/131/795 at the Chicago Lockbox...How do I know if or when it will be transferred to the DO (In my case Houston).????
Where should I check for processing dates for EAD and AP? on the NBC or DO processing times?

I-765 & I-131 under NBC.
I-485 (and I-130 that goes with it) under Houston DO.

But do not take those dates as granted (especially the DO ones).

If you look at current processing times of National Benefits center, I-765 dates are as of August 15.
