I am posting this for a friend. She lives in Ohio and wants to file in EB1 OR and EB2-NIW category. She is curious which center her case will go. I have an idea at the back of my mind that if you file electronically it goes to TSC instead of NSC which is a tougher center. Is that true ? Please post your thoughts.
